One fixed price for every client Trust you open — the client's TrusteeClear membership under your firm's name, for as long as that Trust is administered. Billed to your firm and passed through on the closing invoice; the public direct price is $199. Your first client Trust is free.
The firm plan

per month — one plan, unlimited users
Your firm-branded portal, unlimited attorneys and staff, and your own console to open and set up each client's Trust. Never per-seat, never a share of your legal fee.
Setup
Included
done-for-you setup optional at $350
You brand the portal and open files from your console — setup is included. If you would rather we do it, we configure letterhead, support line, branding, and your reviewing-attorney workflow for a one-time $350.

Book a 30-minute working session — we'll set up your firm, brand your portal, and open your first real matter together. If TrusteeClear isn't for you, the file is still yours to finish.
The firm plan
One plan. It includes the full platform and unlimited users; each client Trust adds its own membership.
Core Trustee-administration tools are included in the plan: the client portal, accounting tools, notices, integrations, unlimited users, and unlimited vault records. Optional paid items are shown separately and priced explicitly: client memberships and done-for-you setup. Drafting lives on our sister platforms — EstateDraftFL for estate plans, DraftCounsel for all other attorney drafting.

TrusteeClear administers the Trust. Drafting lives on our sister platforms.
Estate-plan drafting — wills, trusts, deeds, and powers of attorney — is EstateDraftFL. Every other kind of attorney drafting is DraftCounsel. Trust administration stays here, in full.
EstateDraftFL and DraftCounsel are separate TrusteeClear-family products with their own terms.
