How it works, chapter by chapter

One fictional Trust, the Alvarez Family Revocable Trust, from the firm's plan to a record anyone can check. Each chapter is a real screen and links to its reference page.

  1. Chapter 1 of 7

    Sign the plan

The firm signs one plan: $250 a month, for unlimited attorneys and staff, and $149 for each client Trust, for the life of its administration. The first Trust is free, and self-serve setup is included.

  2. Chapter 2 of 7

    Open the trustee's file

An attorney or paralegal opens the client's Trust as a matter, records the dates the Florida Trust Code counts from, and invites the trustee into the firm's portal. The matter keeps its documents, dates, money and notices in one place.

  7. Chapter 7 of 7

    A record anyone can check

An artifact the firm's attorney approves carries a receipt. A bank or a beneficiary holding it can check it at the verification page, without an account. The page says what that shows and what it never exposes.
